February 2, 2003 -- The HB-Rights.org web site was officially launched today. The non-profit, public-interest site is intended to inform individuals of their rights, and is based in the towns of Hollis and Brookline, New Hampshire.

May 10, 2003 -- Today, just three months after being launched, the HB-Rights web site reached a milestone of sorts, surpassing 20,000 hits. Visitors have come from 20 countries and all over the US, including many school districts, colleges and universities.
